LiChrosorb® RP-8 (5 µm) HPLC Columns

LiChrosorb RP-8MilliporeSigma offers a broad range of HPLC columns that are fully compliant with USP (United States Pharmacopoeia) specifications. L7 USP columns are described as octyl silane (C8), chemically linked to porous silica particles, 1.5 to 10 µm in diameter. Our high-quality L7 USP columns include: LiChrosorb® RP-8 (5 µm).

Packing Materials for a Successful Start

The totally porous irregular particles of LiChrosorb® RP-8 (5 µm) are made of silica with an octyl derivative. This highly reliable sorbent is suitable for reversed-phase HPLC of neutral, acidic and weakly basic compounds, according to L7 USP specifications.

Analytical or Semi-Preparative? You Choose.

LiChrosorb® RP-8 (5 µm) sorbents can be packed in various columns and cartridges upon request. For analytical use, we offer LiChroCART® cartridges and Hibar® RT columns in 125x4 or 250x4 mm dimensions. Alternatively, 250x10 mm versions are available for semi-preparative applications.
