      Applications
      Key Applications Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
      Immunoblotting (Western Blotting)
      Immunoprecipitation
      Application NotesELISA (0.05 µg/ml)
      Immunoblotting (1 µg/ml, colorimetric or 0.1 µg/ml, chemiluminescence)
      Immunoprecipitation (1-10 µg/10⁶ vanadate-treated A431 cells)
Application CommentsAntibody requires phosphorylation at both the Thr and Tyr site for recognition. Does not recognize non-phosphorylated MAP kinase 1/2. Does not cross-react with SAPK 1 or SAPK2 proteins. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
