Reported to be superior to IMB-10 (Cat. No. 407271) in enhancing Mac-1-mediated cell adhesion (EC50 = 4 vs. >50 µM on fibrinogen surface). Effectively suppresses leukocyte recruitment in various inflammatory disease models involving mice, rats, and zebrafish embryos in vivo. |
