      Description
OverviewAn aminoadenosine derivative that acts as a potent human concentrative nucleoside transporter 2 inhibitor. Dose-dependently blocks Na+-dependent inosine uptake in COS-7 cells transiently expressing hCNT2 with an IC50 of 0.64 µM. The anti conformer is suggested to be more bioactive than syn.

Please note that the molecular weight for this compound is batch-specific due to variable water content. Please refer to the vial label or the certificate of analysis for the batch-specific molecular weight. The molecular weight provided represents the baseline molecular weight without water.
