      Description
OverviewAn orally bioavailable, brain-penetrating, imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine derivative that acts as a highly potent agonist of nuclear receptor related 1 (Nurr1; EC50 = 2.5 nM in HEK293 cells transfected with full length human Nurr1). Does not affect a panel of 40 other nuclear receptors, including RXR. Shown to modulate the transcription of dopaminergic target genes when administered orally in rats. Displays anti-inflammatory effects and offers neuroprotection in the 6-OHDA lesion model of Parkinson's disease (30 mg/kg for 7 days, p.o.).

Please note that the molecular weight for this compound is batch-specific due to variable water content. Please refer to the vial label or the certificate of analysis for the batch-specific molecular weight. The molecular weight provided represents the baseline molecular weight without water.
