      OverviewA very potent, voltage-dependent, rapidly unbinding antagonist (calcium channel blocker) of NMDA receptors (IC50 = 0.8, 0.57, 0.52, and 0.54 µM for GluN2A, B, C, and D, respectively). A popular medicine for treating moderate-to-severe Alzheimer′s disease.
