      Description
      OverviewDulbecco's modified eagle media are widely used to support the growth of a broad spectrum of mammalian cells. It contains a four-fold increase in the concentration of the amino acids and vitamins found in Eagle's basal medium (BME). In the medium, the concentration of vitamins and amino acids is four times higher than MEM and completed by non-essential amino acids (NEAA), trace elements, and bicarbonate.
