      Application NotesImmunohistochemistry: 1:250-1:2,500 using free floating sections by the PAP technique on rat cholinergic areas. Tissues should be fixed with a mixture of nitrobenzyl alcohol and gluteraldehyde (Chagnaud, 1989). Gluteraldehyde is required for staining; not recommended for formalin or paraformaldehyde fixations without gluteraldehyde.

      ELISA: 1:1,000-1:5,000

      Immunocytochemistry: 1:1,000-1:5,000

      Western Blot: 1:1,000-1:2,000

      Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
