We pride ourselves on offering a range of Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes and formats to meet your sterile filtration needs. With broad chemical compatibility, exceptionally high flow rates and sterility assurance, you can rest easy knowing you have chosen a trusted advisor with robust sterile filtration products.
Durapore® 0.1 and 0.22 µm hydrophilic PVDF membranes are ideal for designing scalable solutions from bench top to full-scale manufacturing, providing exceptional sterility assurance and high flow rates.
Formats
Charged Durapore® 0.22 µm hydrophilic PVDF membranes are cationically charged and designed for sterile filtration, endotoxins removal and low preservative adsorption, providing high protein recovery with minimal loss of valuable product.
Filter Formats
Multilayer Durapore® 0.45/0.22 µm hydrophilic membranes maximize process efficiency by providing high product recovery and extended throughput with low pressure drops. The combination of hydrophilic low protein binding 0.45 Durapore® PVDF membrane and sterilizing-grade 0.22 µm Durapore® membrane is the superior choice for clean and sterile processes due to low extractables, broad chemical compatibility, and nonfiber releasing properties.
Formats
Multimedia Durapore® combines a 0.22 µm hydrophilic Durapore® membrane with an upstream Milligard® prefilter media, providing sterility assurance, high flow rates, low extractables, and broad chemical compatibility. The combination of prefiltration media and final sterilizing membrane in one filter results in process compression and improved economics.
Formats
Hydrophobic Durapore® PVDF membranes are used for sterile tank and gas venting, as well as for the filtration of liquids in small and large volume systems. These filters reliably eliminate contaminants and microorganisms in sterilizing applications, even at high pH, providing sterility assurance, high flow rates and high throughput.
