LiChrospher® NH2 is a highly versatile sorbent which possesses both polar and hydrophobic properties. This makes it suitable for normal-phase, reversed-phase and ion exchange chromatography. Typical applications include the separation of carbohydrates (mono-, di- and oligosaccharides) with reversed-phase chromatography, or the separation of nucleotides by ion exchange chromatography.
