Description
OverviewA cell-permeable salicylate compound that binds to the second zinc finger region of KLF10 and blocks its binding to DNA and also suppresses its transcriptional activity (IC50 = 40 µM). Shown to completely eliminate the induction of luciferase activity by exogenous KLF10 (~ 100 µM). Also represses the conversion of CD4+CD25- T cells to CD4+CD25+ T regulatory cells (by 59%) and diminishes Foxp3 expression (82% at 50 µM).
