DescriptionPurified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes all of the ~260 kDa IP3 receptor subtypes.
BackgroundThe IP3 receptor is a homotetramer comprised of four ~260 kDa subunits. The IP3 receptor antibody induces significant amounts of internal Ca2+ release similar to IP3-mediated Ca2+ stimulation.
