Enzymes for DNA removalUnique and most efficient product: Benzonase® endonuclease Removal of DNA and RNA brings an overall improvement in further downstream processing-steps. The best method for this is enzymatic cleavage by means of Benzonase®, a non-specific, recombinant endonuclease produced from E.coli and which separates DNA and RNA into fragments comprising <10 soluble base pairs, in keeping with regulatory criteria stipulating that fragments need to be <100 bp.
