The WideScreen® Human MMP Panel is a pre-mixed multiplex bead kit of antibody-based assays for simultaneous quantitation of active, pro- (zymogen), and TIMP-bound forms of the following six matrix metalloproteinases: MMP-1, MMP-3, MMP-8, MMP-9, MMP-10 and MMP-13. The kit includes all the reagents and buffers needed to analyze the above proteins in serum, plasma, and tissue culture supernatants using the Luminex® xMAP® System.
