An immobilized form of the p38 MAP kinase inhibitor (Cat. No. 559388) that is covalently attached to polyacrylamide beads via a 3-carbon spacer. Useful for affinity purification of p38 MAP kinase and other functionally related proteins from cell or tissue extracts. Binding capacity: ≥1 mg p38 MAP kinase per gram of dry beads (as determined for recombinant GST-p38). Note: 1 set = 25 mg of SB 202190 Immobilized Beads and 25 mg of Control Beads.
