An immobilized form of the protein kinase C inhibitor Ro 31-7549 (Cat. No. 557508) that is covalently attached to hydrophilic acrylic beads via an 8-carbon spacer. Useful for affinity precipitation of protein kinase C and other functionally related proteins from cell or tissue extracts. Binding capacity: ≥3 mg purified PKCα per gram of dry beads. Note: 1 set = 25 mg of Ro 31-7549 Immobilized Beads and 25 mg of Control Beads.
