The Mobius™ Buffer Kit provides buffers optimized for the purification of transfection-quality plasmid DNA using the Mobius columns. The kit provides buffers and reagents for standard alkaline lysis and anion exchange chromatography. There are sufficient reagents to process ten Mobius 1000 Columns.
