Recombinant, mouse Flt-3/Flk-2 ligand expressed in NSO cells. Binds and activates Flt-3/Flk-2 receptor tyrosine kinase. Has been shown to stimulate the growth of mouse and human hematopoietic progenitor cells. Amino acid sequence reveals human and mouse FL are 72% identical. Shares structural similarities with SCF and M-CSF. AVOID FREEZE-THAW CYCLE.
