End Conversion Mix is used to treat PCR products in preparation for cloning into Perfectly Blunt™ PCR Cloning Vectors. The PCR product from any DNA polymerase is first treated in a 20 minute End Conversion reaction prior to adding ligase and Blunt Vector. After a 15 minute ligation, the reaction is ready for transformation.
