Recombinant, human DDR2 (amino acids 467-834) fused at the N-terminus to GST and expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. DDR2 is a protein tyrosine kinases that acts as a receptor for fibrillar collagen. Activation of DDR2 is linked to the regulation of fibroblast migration and proliferation.
