Full-length, recombinant, human CSK (Genbank accession number = NM_004383) fused at the N-terminus to GST and expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. CSK is a cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase that regulates several cellular processes including downregulation of the tyrosine kinase activity of c-Src.
