Native chymotrypsin from bovine pancreas. Endotoxins removed chromatographically. An endoproteinase that preferentially hydrolyzes peptide bonds involving carboxyl groups of aromatic amino acids. Readily acts upon amides and esters of susceptible amino acids. May be used for tissue dissociation when combined with trypsin and elastase.
