Full length, recombinant, human Chk1 fused to a His•Tag® sequence and expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells. Chk1 is a Serine/Threonine kinase that regulates cell cycle progression. It has been reported that DNA damage results in an increase in activity and phosphorylation of Chk1.
