Full-length, recombinant, human Akt3 fused to GST at the N-terminus and expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. Akt3 is a serine/threonine protein kinase that plays an important role in such processes as cellular metabolism, apoptosis and proliferation.
