SeQuant® ZIC®-pHILIC Polymeric
ZIC®-pHILIC polymeric columns allow the separation of polar and hydrophilic compounds in a range of pH 2 up to pH 10 giving full flexibility in the choice of buffer systems used. The good pH stability of ZIC®-pHILIC enable to alter and improve retention and selectivity of many compounds by changing the pH conditions. Additionally detection sensitivity in LC/MS applications might benefit from the use of eluents in the alkaline pH range. ZIC®-pHILIC columns are based on 5 µm polymer particles bonded with the same zwitterionic functional group as used for ZIC®-HILIC and therefore offer comparable selectivity.
