Passive air monitoring, with the help of settle plates, is a useful complement to active air sampling methods. Settle plates allow for a semi-quantitative determination of microbial contaminations in the air. Besides, they are also suitable for personnel monitoring, e.g. gloves. And there’s even more to them: settle plates are easy-to-use, efficient and enable continuous monitoring during production processes. Since they are rather small, they can also be used conveniently in confined spaces.

Our tripled-bagged and gamma-irradiated ICR settle plates are designed for the use in critical cleanrooms and isolators. For less critical cleanrooms and other controlled environments, we offer single-bagged LI settle plates. What all of our products have in common: They meet all international standards and regulations, including EU cGMP, FDA Aseptic Guidance and USP 34 <1116>.
