Regulated Products - CWC/EAR

Chemicals subject to the Chemicals Weapons Convention regulations as noted in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

In general EMD Millipore products are only sold in N.America (USA and Canada). The same or equivalent Merck Millipore branded products (from Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany) are available in other countries and details of availability in other countries is provided on the Merck Millipore website (www.merckmillipore.com).

These regulations are to ensure that relevant products exported to Canada or elsewhere or sold for export are not diverted to destinations or end-uses prohibited from receiving them. An authorized individual at your facility who is responsible for the use and/or distribution of this product should complete and sign this form. The completed form will be valid for one (1) year from the date of completion and will apply to all sizes and catalog numbers of the material(s) indicated on the attached list.
