Chromolith® RP-18 Endcapped monolithic silica HPLC columns
Chromolith® RP-18 endcapped columns offer high throughput, extremely long column lifetime, lower matrix sensitivity, and added column performance by column coupling. Chromolith® RP-18 endcapped columns are based on a high-purity silica to reduce the negative effects of trace metals. They are chemically modified with n-alkyl chains with a high ligand density and then fully endcapped in order to reduce the effect of unmodified silanol groups. Chromolith® RP-18 endcapped columns are available in the following dimensions: 50-2 mm i.d., 100-3 mm i.d., 25-4.6 mm i.d., 50-4.6 mm i.d., 100-4.6 mm i.d and a validation kit consisting of 3 x 100-4.6 mm i.d. columns.
