EMD ProSweets 2012
EMD presents a new, appealing shade - Candurin® Red Sparkle at this year´s ProSweets Cologne (Jan 29 – Feb 1, 2012), scheduled four days in parallel to ISM, which together present the entire value chain in confectionery production.
Complementing EMD´s unique range of pearl effect colors for the food industry, Candurin® Red Sparkle features a burgundy red glitter thanks to its special particle size. Like all mineral-based Candurin® pearl effect colors, it is based on a natural silicate, which enables the label “no artificial colors”. Candurin® Red Sparkle benefits from both an excellent light stability as well as thermal stability, and makes ice cream, chocolate, baked goods, and beverages glitter brilliantly, lending them an irresistible look. This offers food manufacturers a great way to make their products stand out.
