DescriptionPureGenome™ Low Input NGS Library Construction Kit
OverviewThe PureGenome™ Low Input NGS Library Construction Kit allows the generation indexed or barcoded libraries in a single tube using extremely low amounts of input DNA (from 50 pg to 1 ng) in as little as two hours. This easy and streamlined workflow makes it ideal for applications such as ChIP-Seq and other sequencing applications where input DNA is limited. This exquisite level of sensitivity is achieved utilizing a unique technology that adds adaptors to genomic DNA with ultra high efficiency. With all key reagents provided including Agencourt® AMPure® XP beads for final DNA purification and size selection the PureGenome Low Input NGS kit simplifies the NGS process while providing uniform coverage over a wide range of input DNA amounts.

      Key Features and Advantages
      • Generate next generation sequencing libraries with as little as 50 pg of input DNA
      • Proven performance in ChIP-seq library construction
      • Ideal for NGS library construction where starting material is limited
      • Construct libraries in a single tube – no in-process clean up steps that sacrifice yield
      • Generates Illumina® instrument ready libraries in about 2 hours
      • Enables singlelex or multiplex libraries
      • Uniform coverage over a range of input amounts
