                  Description
OverviewCell permeable. L-Arginine analog that acts as a competitive inhibitor of all three isoforms of nitric oxide synthase (Ki = 700 nM for eNOS; Ki = 3.9 µM for iNOS; Ki = 650 nM for nNOS). Inhibits histamine- and acetylcholine-induced relaxation (Ki = 9.5 µM) of intact norepinephrine-constricted guinea pig pulmonary artery.
