      • 125 μg of lyophilized control antigen. The stock solution of the antigen can be made up using 12.5 µL of sterile distilled water. For negative control, in Western Blotting, preincubate 10 μg of purified peptide with 1 μg of antibody in a small volume for 1-2 hours at 37°C
      • centrifuge at maximum speed for 15 minutes, then carefully remove all but 10 µL of the solution (allows the antigen-antibody pellet not to be taken by mistake) and use the removed supernatant for the analysis.
