Application CommentsThis antibody immunoprecipitates the ~39 kDa CD40L (gp39). It will stain activated CD3+ human PBL and will functionally block MLR, spg39 induced B-cell proliferation and T-cell dependent B-cell differentiation. FACS was performed on 5x105 ficoll-prepared PHA/PMA stimulated human peripheral white blood cells using anti-CD40L at 10 µg/ml and FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG. This antibody has also been reported to work for frozen sections and immunoprecipitation. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
