          Description
OverviewAntitumor antibiotic that inhibits RNA synthesis. A cell-permeable fluorescent dye that can be used with Bisbenzimide H 33258 (Cat. No. 382061) to distinguish chromosomes by their total DNA content and DNA base composition. Reversibly interacts with DNA in the presence of Mg2+. Binds to G:C pairs of helical DNA but does not intercalate.

DescriptionAntibiotic that inhibits RNA synthesis by way of DNA-dependent RNA polymerase. Fluorescent dye that can be used in conjunction with Bisbenzimide H33258 (Cat.
