Upholding an Ethical, Healthy, Motivated Workplace Culture

We are engaging even more deeply within our division and more collaboratively with our communities to support a healthier and more sustainable world.

We have set a goal to implement 3 new engagement and awareness programs by the end of 2015.

To maximize value to our stakeholders, communities, environment, and our company from all of our interactions, we have organized our engagement efforts into two equally critical areas: the development of an employee culture and workplace through internally-focused initiatives, and fostering strong external community relationships through our varied community outreach efforts.
