      Application Notes The MILLIPLEX MAP Cell Signaling Buffer and Detection Kit is an optimized reagent system used for single target and multiplexing assays of MILLIPLEX MAP Cell Signaling MAPmates.
      The Buffer and Detection Kit contains a set of common reagents that are used in conjunction with the Cell Signaling MAPmates for multiplex analysis of proteins in cell lysates using a Luminex 100™ IS, 200™, or HTS system. MAPmates are sold individually and consist of an antibody capture bead set, a biotinylated reporter and, as appropriate, a positive control. The detection assay is a rapid, convenient alternative to Western Blotting and immunoprecipitation procedures. Each kit contains sufficient reagents for 100 individual assays.
